Official Rules as stated by the Administration staff.

1. Do not Powergame. Powergaming is forcing others to perform an action.

2.Do not Punchwhore. Punchwhoring is hitting someone without RP.

3.This server is P2L. If a high ranking CP unit goes against a citizen, They would win. Act this way.

4.Amputations are a permanent Kill unless stated otherwise.

5. Applications are In-Character or OOC on the forums. Behave appropriately or face a server kick.

6.Do not constantly bug admins.

7.Weapons take time to get. Do not expect to find one instantly and think you can shoot everyone in sight.

8.Any threats towards the administration staff/server will result in a permanent ban.

9. You can only roll if everyone on both sides of the rp wants to roll.

Actually, I understood this as the forum apps can affect your in game character if you do not behave appropriately.
