Shoot to miss guide

Shoot to miss
This is mostly for rebels and MPF officers
Shoot to miss is when you shoot and miss on purpose.
This is so that the role play last longer and more fun.

High shoot to miss

Medium shoot to miss

Low shoot to miss

Rebels
private-Sergeant major
High shoot to miss

Second Lieutenant-Captain
Medium shoot to miss

Major-Non commissioned officers
Low shoot to miss

This only applies when you are shooting far away at each other or if you are shooting with cover. If you are shooting at each other at close range but you are next to cover, don't shoot to kill. If the guy is at close range with no cover than feel free to shoot to kill. You would have to be blind not to shoot from that close(10feet.)

OTA are badass soldiers so they have the least amount of shoot to miss as well as Major to non commissioned rebels because of their skills.
They are so skillful that they can shoot to kill from far away. This doesn't mean you can just shoot to kill all the time, I still want to see you shot to miss.
